Scoring Insights for Leap into Fantasy

Mastering the point system is key to rising through the rankings. Points are earned based on individual performances like shooting, assists, steals, and rebounds.

1. Points Scored

  • 1 point for each 2-point field goal made by a player
  • 2 points for each 3-point field goal made by a player

2. Rebounds

  • 1 point for each offensive rebound
  • 1 point for each defensive rebound

3. Assists

  • 2 points for each assist that leads to a made basket

4. Steals

  • 3 points for each steal made by a player

5. Blocks

  • 3 points for each block made by a player

6. Turnovers

  • -1 point for each turnover committed by a player

7. Fouls

  • -1 point for each foul committed by a player

8. Efficiency Rating

  • +1 point for any positive contribution to the player's overall efficiency (except for fouls and turnovers)
  • -1 point for missed free throws or missed mid-range shots

9. Clutch Plays

  • 5 points for key moments where a player makes a game-winning shot or delivers a crucial assist in the final moments of a match
